Volunteer & Donation Information
Become a Volunteer at Almeria!
Almeria is always looking for volunteers!
If you are interested in volunteering for on‑campus activities or chaperoning field trips, please print and complete the form below. Once finished, turn it in to the Administration Office.
Please also bring a copy of your ID so that we can make the necessary copies.

As of January 1, 2026, all volunteers are required to complete Mandated Reporter training. See links below for trainings.
At the end of the training, you will be prompted to fill out a form in order to receive your Certificate of Completion.
Please allow at least 24 hours to receive the certificate. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume.
Once you receive your certificate, please print it and submit it to the Administration Office along with the volunteer authorization form.

Parents we need your help!
Why?
Studies show that parental support and involvement is one of the most important factors to student success in education.
We would like to get parents more involved at Almeria Middle School! There are many ways you can help. We know that some of you own your own business and are looking for a tax deduction. We know that some of you love to serve or help others. Have you ever thought of donating to our school's PBIS store?
The acronym PBIS means Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports. We work to recognize students for Working Hard, Acting Responsibly, Being Very Polite, and Everyone Being Safe. We would like to increase our incentives and celebrations for the 2025-2026 school year.

Party Supplies Support Celebrations: Helium Tank, Inflatables, Streamers, Paper Goods, Plastic Utensils, Flowers, Balloons, etc.
When?
If you want to donate any items during the school year, you can drop them off in the front office.
Clothes & Shoes Donations
Almeria is pleased to announce that we partnered with Tree Machine to accept donations for clothing and shoes. The donation bin is located behind the I Wing by the bus lane along Almeria Avenue.
